Please understand that we value our clients and take this feedback seriously. Of course, these are reviewed with the client prior to the start of the services. There are times when clients may be overwhelmed by all of the offerings! When clients arrive and the pre-booked services are reviewed with the client, it may be suggested that other services are better suited for the client's current needs/situation. ![]() We also offer a variety of different servic es for our clients based on their needs and preferences. That is our mistake and we will do better. Our front desk staff may not have communicated well to you when you arrived 30 minutes earlier than your scheduled appointment time that we would not be able to take you until closer to your original appointment time at 6 pm. We appreciate when clients are able to book appointments prior to coming to our salon, and we thank you for that. We sincerely apologize for your experience at our nail spa the other day. ![]() My nail injury took weeks to heal and grow out. Angela is really great there! She’s the only one who I really trusted. Not to mention I booked an appointment with a specific tech (for these reasons!!) for this day and come to find out she’s always off on that day but they did not inform me of this when I made the appointment. I recommend you find a different place to get these services done because they employ people who injure others then don’t take accountability. They tried to defend themselves again!! I will never be back. I was physically injured AGAIN by her and she’s still employed there. I was hoping maybe she would be gentler or better with this service, but she ripped my skin off under both my eyebrows. This time someone else did my nails because I wouldn’t allow her to do it. She argued with me about how she did it right when I talked to management about it. It burned so much when she was using her tool that I pulled my hand away multiple times in pain. She filed my actual nails down so thin that they were red and splotchy underneath. She did my dip nails incorrectly there months ago. Twice I’ve been INJURED by an employee there.
